at-risk youth with trauma-informed therapy in a
home-like setting

Transitional
Aged Youth
(TAY)

TAY program helps former foster kids make the transition from care to adult independence

Behavioral
Health
Services

Mental & behavioral health services to at-risk youth and their families, based on
the severity of the individual’s needs and their level of risk

Intensive
Home-Based
Services

IHBS provides mental & behavioral health support at home & school for
significant behavioral issues effecting the entire family

Family & Community

We help nurture families from birth, guiding parenting and life skills & connect families with
a network of community support
