Leadership Opportunities

Learning and Development Supervisor

Creates and implements training programs and oversees staff development in a Short Term Residential Treatment Program (STRTP). This position assesses developmental needs, drives training initiatives, and identifies and arranges suitable training solutions and development opportunities in support of positive outcomes for youth.

BA in HR Management, Psychology, Education, Business, or other related, 5+ years experience preferred, knowledge of instructional development and e-learning content.

Youth Counselor Residential III

The senior position in the TYC (Therapeutic Youth Counselor) series is responsible for providing support to TYC I and TYC II staff as well as providing therapeutic interventions, care, and supervision of youth residing in a Short Term Residential Treatment Program (STRTP) while engaging youth with daily routines inclusive of school, therapeutic activities, and interventions.

BS or BA in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Counseling, Criminal Justice, or a related field AND 3+ years of experience in a behavioral health-related field. 

Youth Counselor Residential I (Overnight)

Overnight Shift - 10:00 pm - 8:00 am


Responsible for providing care and supervision to youth in Aspiranet’s Short-term Residential Therapeutic Program (STRTP) and engages youth individually and in groups as part of daily routines and rituals that include meals, school, and activities, and supporting therapeutic and crisis interventions.

BA or BS in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, or related field OR valid child development teaching permit, completed 12 semester units of early childhood education, psychology, adolescent development, or foster/kinship care education, OR valid certificate as an alcohol and/or drug counselor.

Aspiranet's Hope Forward Campus Redefines Mental and Behavioral Health Treatment in California


Aspiranet's Hope Forward Campus is made possible through a series of multi-million-dollar grants from California's Department of Health Care Services and Department of Social Services, with the goal of providing crisis stabilization services in California's Central Valley.  Funding is in place to build a cutting-edge campus facility to deliver services that meet the needs of youth and families in crisis.     


Aspiranet is looking to work with gifted, talented, and passionate staff to be a part of our therapeutic care community dedicated to bringing transformative services to youth and families.  Come grow with us.   


The new facilities and programming will be housed on Aspiranet's expanded 11-acre campus. Services provided to youth and their families will include:


  • Children's Crisis Residential Care 

  • Psychiatric Health Facility 

  • Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Care 

  • Emergency Receiving Center 

  • Wellness Center 

  • Recreational and Art Center with a Cafeteria 

  • Family Visitation Center


Our team of multidisciplinary professionals is committed to providing intensive therapeutic treatment for youth and families that have been left behind for too long.
