Core Program Director STRTP Care Coordinator
The Core Program Director I (CPD I) STRTP Care Coordinator is responsible for developing and sustaining a multidisciplinary team of professionals to provide residential services for up to six (6) clients within Aspiranet’s integrated community of care model. The CPD I oversees a team of Therapeutic Youth Counselors providing direct interventions, care and supervision, along with the coordination of Social Work and Clinical Services to ensure a trauma informed therapeutic environment of care that work towards successful outcomes for youth in an assigned cottage.

Master’s Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Counseling, Criminal Justice, or a related field WITH two (2) or more years of supervision experience, OR

Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Counseling, Criminal Justice, or a related field AND five (5) or more years of related experience of which two (2) or more years include supervisory experience OR

Meets billing eligibility requirements for Medi-Cal AND (7) or more years related experience of which (2) or more years include supervisory experience or relevant experience as determined by the department.
Program Supervisor
SHIFT: Sunday- Thursday 3P-11P OR Tuesday to Saturday from 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Join our team as a Program Supervisor in our Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program (STRTP), where you’ll work in a therapeutic, trauma-informed environment with no more than 4 youth at a time. This small group model allows you to truly connect and make a lasting impact.

Residential Shift Manager
SHIFTS: Thursday - Saturday from 1:00 PM - 12:00 AM - Wednesdays 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
The Core Program Manager II (CPM II) is responsible for managing Core Program Manager I’s (CPM I) with developing and sustaining a trauma-informed therapeutic cottage environment in collaboration with an integrated, multi-disciplinary team. This position manages the daily program rituals and routines, therapeutic interventions and crisis interventions, acts as an educational liaison, and ensures Community Care Licensing and regulatory compliance.

One year as a YCP- III with demonstrated performance of essential duties and competencies.

A Bachelor of Art’s or Sciences Degree; or Master’s Degree.

Two years of full-time experience, or its equivalent working with the population to be served, or equivalent education or experience, as determined by CDSS.

Two years’ experience as a member of the social work staff in a group home or STRTP program performing those duties.

Have relevant experience as determined by the department to meet any of the above requirements.

At least one year of supervisory or management experience.

Aspiranet's Hope Forward Campus Redefines Mental and Behavioral Health Treatment in California

Aspiranet's Hope Forward Campus is made possible through a series of multi-million-dollar grants from California's Department of Health Care Services and Department of Social Services, with the goal of providing crisis stabilization services in California's Central Valley. Funding is in place to build a cutting-edge campus facility to deliver services that meet the needs of youth and families in crisis.
