Leadership Opportunities

Program Director STRTP Care Coordinator

Responsible for developing and sustaining a multidisciplinary team of professionals with providing residential services for up to six (6) clients within Aspiranet’s integrated community of care model.  The STRTP Care Coordinator oversees a team of Therapeutic Youth Counselors providing direct interventions, care and supervision, along with the coordination of Social Work and Clinical Services to ensure a trauma-informed therapeutic environment of care that work towards successful outcomes for youth in an assigned cottage.

Master in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Counseling, Criminal Justice, or a related field WITH two (2) or more years of supervisory experience, OR Bachelor's in same AND five (5) years related experience, including two (2) in a supervisory role.

Clinician

$1,500 sign-on bonus, $1,500 continuation bonus

The Clinician is responsible for leading and completing the assessment, diagnosis and development of the safety and treatment plan for youth in their assigned cottage, and for providing collateral, case management, individual, family, and group therapy, and care coordination to clients and families. The Clinician leads the clinical treatment within the milieu and works as a part of a comprehensive treatment team to develop and utilize effective interventions with each youth.

Master's or Doctorate in Social Work or Psychology/Counseling related field, intern registration with the BBS as an ACSW, AMFT, APCC or Registration as a Psychological Assistant with the Board of Health & Welfare, minimum 4 years clinical experience working with youth with complex trauma, significant behavioral challenges and preferably with youth in foster care or group home.

Youth Counselor Residential III

The senior position in the TYC (Therapeutic Youth Counselor) series is responsible for providing support to TYC I and TYC II staff as well as providing therapeutic interventions, care, and supervision of youth residing in a Short Term Residential Treatment Program (STRTP) while engaging youth with daily routines inclusive of school, therapeutic activities, and interventions.

BS or BA in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Counseling, Criminal Justice, or a related field AND 3+ years of experience in a behavioral health-related field. 

Youth Counselor Residential I (Part Time)

Shifts: Saturday-Sunday, 8am-4pm, Friday/Saturday 10pm-8am

 

Responsible for providing care and supervision to youth in Aspiranet’s Short-term Residential Therapeutic Program (STRTP) and engages youth individually and in groups as part of daily routines and rituals that include meals, school, and activities, and supporting therapeutic and crisis interventions.

BA or BS in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, or related field OR valid child development teaching permit, completed 12 semester units of early childhood education, psychology, adolescent development, or foster/kinship care education, OR valid certificate as an alcohol and/or drug counselor.

Youth Counselor Residential II

The Therapeutic Youth Counselor II (TYC II) is responsible for providing care and supervision to youth in Aspiranet’s Short-term Residential Therapeutic Program and engages youth individually and in groups as part of daily routines and rituals that include meals, school, and activities, and supporting therapeutic and crisis interventions.  The TYC II is the experienced-level position in the TYC series. 

BS or BA in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Counseling, Criminal Justice, or a related field AND 3+ years of experience in a behavioral health-related field. 

Youth Counselor Residential I

The Therapeutic Youth Counselor I (TYC I) is responsible for providing care and supervision to youth in Aspiranet’s Short-term Residential Therapeutic Program and engages youth individually and in groups as part of daily routines and rituals that include meals, school, and activities, and supporting therapeutic and crisis interventions.

Aspiranet's Hope Forward Campus Redefines Mental and Behavioral Health Treatment in California

Aspiranet's Hope Forward Campus is made possible through a series of multi-million-dollar grants from California's Department of Health Care Services and Department of Social Services, with the goal of providing crisis stabilization services in California's Central Valley.  Funding is in place to build a cutting-edge campus facility to deliver services that meet the needs of youth and families in crisis.

The new facilities and programming will be housed on Aspiranet's expanded 11-acre campus. Services provided to youth and their families will include:

Aspiranet's Hope Forward Campus is located in the city of Turlock, California, one of the Central Valley’s hidden gems.  Long known for its friendly family and community atmosphere, Turlock provides some of the most affordable living in the state.
