Encore Fellowships Program
Encore fellowships are paid, time-limited fellowships that match skilled professionals with high impact projects that utilize Fellow skills, experience and wisdom to strengthen Aspiranet organizational capacity at both the strategic and operational levels. We are a partner program of the national Encore Fellowships Network (EFN) formed by Encore.org.
Aspiranet has a 40-year legacy of intergenerational work and is amongst the nation’s leading innovators in the encore movement, which seeks to leverage the passion, experience and skills of those in and beyond midlife as a vital source of talent to benefit society. Aspiranet has an extensive track record in implementing encore programs, helping older adults transition into social purpose work, and providing thought leadership to the field on how to well-leverage encore talent.
