The Case Manager provides assistance in support of participation in family and community activities.  The Case Manager coordinates with agency staff and service providers in the community to promote successful child/youth and/or family completion of service plan objectives.  To ensure successful transition occurs, the Case Manger participates in weekly team meetings, develops transition plans, and participates in treatment reviews.

 

Qualifications:
• BA in Social Work or related field or AA degree and related work experience.
• Minimum of three years experience in working with children and case management experience.
• Willingness to pursue training deemed necessary based on the needs of children/ families supported.

The Clinician is responsible for providing individual, family, and group therapy to clients referred to Stanislaus Community Counseling Center.  Additional responsibilities include regulation compliance management, referring agency coordination, documentation and record maintenance, group training development and implementation, back-up support for the Clinical Director, incident reporting, and staff supervision.

• Master’s degree or Doctorate as defined in the Health and Safety Code, Sections 1506 (e) (f)
• Current Licensure as an LCSW or MFCC, Registration with the Board of Behavioral Science Examiners, or Registration as a Psychological Assistant with the Board of Health and Welfare

• Bachelor’s degree in social science related field and minimum six months’ experience in working with emotionally disturbed children, or A.A. in social science related field and minimum one year experience in working with emotionally disturbed children.
• Flexible schedule with ability to work evenings.

The San Francisco Associate Director is responsible for expansion and oversight of day-to-day operations, and assists with fundraising for Experience Corps in San Francisco. The Associate Director supervises a team of neighborhood-based Volunteer Coordinators, builds relationships with school staff and community partners, assists with volunteer recruitment, oversees program evaluations, and cultivates relationships with key community members and local funders to secure funding and visibility of the program. This full-time position reports directly to the Experience Corps Bay Area Director. Frequent travel between school sites is required.

 

Qualifications:

• A minimum of four years of supervision/personnel management experience
• Experience in volunteer management, preferably in the aging field
• Experience working in or with the public schools, preferably Bay Area elementary schools
• Experience in developing partnerships, MOUs, and other collaborative processes
• Ability to work closely and develop strong relationships with diverse individuals and organizations, including older adult volunteers, children, parents, school administrators, program officers, individual donors, and politicians

The Child Facilitator (CF) supports children and their families by promoting successful transitions and integration of children with birth and foster families as well as community. The CF reports to and consults with the Lead Child Facilitator to ensure quality services are provided. The CF is also responsible for ensuring that client monthly service plans are followed.

The Matching Coordinator will identify potential matches for children available for adoption in California with Aspiranet available and prepared adoptive families. The Matching Coordinator will provide education and support to district offices on statewide matching process and county specific requirements.  (S)He will oversee the matching process in all district offices to monitor compliance, responsiveness to counties and families, and adherence to agency best practice standards. The Matching Coordinator will identify and maintain statewide relationships with county adoption workers who are seeking families available for county identified children available. The Matching Coordinator will attend exchange meetings statewide as needed to facilitate local district office efforts to identify families and place children with available adoptive families, with a special emphasis on children who are older (over 5), sibling sets, and children with special needs. The Matching Coordinator will establish and maintain a working relationship with California Kids Connection and other agencies with a mandate to present and maintain publications or database listings of the children available for adoption in California.
