After 24 years in the child welfare and mental health field, my desire to join Aspiranet was fueled by the organizations commitment to continuous growth and service enhancement.  Always focusing through the lens of our core values, Aspiranet has embraced not just the opportunity to diversify and expand services, but recognizes that it is our responsibility on behalf of children and families, to provide the most effective array of services we can. 

It would be easy to maintain an agency focus solely on being the largest private provider of foster care services in California, and second largest provider of adoption services, but that is not what Aspiranet is about.  We’re an agency that is constantly expanding our services throughout the state in both child welfare and mental mealth arenas.  That ambition, driven purely to better the lives of kids, families and to strengthen the communities we serve, is why I wanted the opportunity to contribute as a member of the Aspiranet team.
